The U16 and U14 Performance Squads both competed in a very tough tournament in June 2023 with both qualifying for the South Regional League for the season ahead, from September.

The summer tournament season has been topped off with some fantastic results across the whole club. Two teams from the large U8 squad won first and second places in the Chichester Tournament as well as winning the Worthing Tournament. Please remember we have a break from training for Half Term.    There are no sessions at the Triangle on Saturday 16th Feb or Saturday 23rd Feb.  We look forward to seeing everyone back when Saturday training resumes on 2nd March.
