Signing In Policy

MSN can only be responsible for players from the start to the end of their training session time and only if they abide by the signing in procedures below:


  • All girls in age groups U11 and below must be signed in & out by a responsible adult/parent.  


  • As a result of some very valid parent feedback the committee have decided that as of immediate effect all children in the under 12 age groups and above (ie, children attending secondary / senior school) can sign themselves into and out of training; all girls must sign themselves in and out so that we have a record of them arriving and leaving.  If the girls do not sign themselves in / out we may need to revert back to all children having to be signed in / out by their parents.


Tournaments and Away Fixtures

All players must be accompanied by a responsible parent or adult for the duration of any fixtures or tournaments.  Please ensure this is the case for your child when you confirm her availability for any fixtures / tournaments.


Cancellation Procedure

We will update the website as early as possible if we need to cancel any sessions.   Please check the website for any notices before you travel.  We will try to post updates at least 45 minutes prior to the start of a session time.  If there are no updates/cancellations, nothing will be posted and the session will run as normal.


Once sessions have started we will keep the girls at the Triangle until a parent comes for them.  Heavy rain is a very good reason for cancellation and if a parent makes a decision that they feel it unnecessary to drive to the venue the coaches will not mind, although we try to keep to a structure we do not penalize girls when they cannot make a training session or are not happy playing in these weather conditions.  Girls must wear appropriate clothing. (A bottle of water should be brought to training sessions).

Fees - Spring Term Training Sessions

Fees are shown against each training session per age group in the above tables.  Payment is due by 23rdth Apr 15 & can be made by cheque or bank transfer:  

  • Cheques payable to MSNC with your daughter’s name and age group on the reverse:

    • Bring payment along to your daughter’s next training session. 

    • Post a cheque to The MSN Treasurer, 5 Folders Close, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 0TA.  

  • Bank Transfer: 

    • Sort code: 40-15-16

    • Account number: 61543911

    • Payment reference: your daughter’s surname first followed by their first name, or as many characters that can fit [max. 18 characters or whole name]


Should you be experiencing financial difficulties please speak to your Coach who will then liaise directly with the Committee; any enquiry will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Theme – Quiz.

Venue - Clair Hall, Haywards Heath.

Time - 7.30 – 10.00pm.

Format - Smart casual, please BYO food & soft drinks.  Any alcohol must be purchased at the bar.

Tickets - £3 for adults, £2 for children - available in advance from the MSN Registration/Sign-In Desk at training sessions.

Raffle - Tickets available on the night.  Please hand raffle donations to our Registration Desk at training.


       

Please buy your tickets early to make sure you don’t miss out on this lovely evening celebrating everything the players and Club have achieved over the Season.

Kit

MSN would like to apologise to all members for the lack of a kit delivery this season.  Kukri, our current supplier, has suffered long delays in kit manufacture.  Orders are now expected towards the end of April.


Website Review

Our website is subject to ongoing reviewas we aim to introduce a new website format in due course.  In the meantime, our website remains ‘live’ and we try to keep it updated with any inputs from all age groups.

With over 200 girls, the club is thriving and we’d like to ensure this continues especially as we have keen interest from other girls to join the club. To do so, we are very reliant upon our coaches and volunteers.  There remains a number of open positions on the committee that need to be filled.  If you feel you could volunteer some of your time, it would greatly help the club become even stronger.  


Many thanks to parents who have already offered to help the Club.  Please can you contact any of the committee if you would like to get involved as we now have some very clear functions that we would like to ask volunteers to undertake.
